Roles + Responsibilities

These roles collaborate to successfully accomplish the creation of each learning module.

Responsibilities
Learning Designer (LD) Narrative Designer (ND)
• Designs learning module including learning content, storylines, characters, environments, and dialogues
External Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Provide insights, guidance, and validation for learning content development in a specific domain or field
Producer (PDR)
• Responsible for end-to-end workstream management, overseeing the entire content development process from conception to completion.  • Manages studios and vendors • Takes charge of SOP documentation • Responsible for testing and publishing the content
In-House Advisory (Expert Narrative Designer and Learning Designer)
• Provide insights, guidance, and validation for learning experience design, worldbuilding • Serves as in-house experts to ensure the quality of learning modules
Learning Engineer
• Responsible for continuous output measurement, monitoring the performance and impact of learning materials • Engages in new tool research and development, exploring innovative technologies and methodologies • Focuses on SOP optimization, refining and streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and productivity in the content creation workflow
Performance Editor
• Responsible for bringing the content to life and deliver emotionally realistic virtual human learning content
